Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this four-week series is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and strengthen your mental well-being.
This series features four 30-minute sessions, designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their meditation practice.
Each week, we will explore a key theme that will guide paid subscribers toward meditating for longer periods, while fostering calm and mindfulness in everyday life.

When: Every Tuesday at 10:30 AM CST
Where: Zoom (Recordings will be shared after classes for a limited time if you miss a session).
Duration: 30 minutes minimum per session

In these sessions, Holly will guide you through the scientific foundations of meditation and its positive effects on brain health and well-being while Alainnah Robertson, our skilled instructor, will lead you through practical meditation exercises.
